INDICATIONS AND USES:

Clenbuterol hydrochloride is indicated in proper doses for the prevention and treatment of breathing disorders (asthma).

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY:

Clenbuterol hydrochloride is an 8 – 2 adrenergic agonist used as a stimulant and a thermogenic drug. It causes an effect in aerobic capacity, central nervous system stimulation and an increase in blood pressure and oxygen transportation. It increases the rate at which fat and protein are metabolized, simultaneously slowing the body’s BMR. It is commonly used for smooth muscle relaxant properties.

ADVERSE REACTIONS/ SIDE EFFECTS:

Hypersensitivity to the medicine can occur as well as thyrotoxicosis, tachycardia, subaortic stenosis, acute myocardial infarction. Common side effects of clenbuterol include:
Headaches, Muscular cramps, Nervousness, Insomnia, Sweating, Increased appetite, Nause Palpitations, Hypertension (high blood pressure).

PRECAUTIONS:

Clenbuterol hydrochloride and beta blockers (drug for high blood pressure treatment) interact and reverse their effects.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

The concrete dosage Will be defined by the physician. The usual adult and children over 12 years dosage of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is one tablet (40 mcg) daily. The dosage can be increased up to two tablets (80 mcg) daily or decreased according to progress to one tablet (40 mcg) daily.
